As a doting private pupil of the American economist Alan Greenspan, and a confidante of his for over a decade, the British Prime Minister knew well what is rumbling away volcanically beneath the surface of world affairs. At the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation forum, there were two agendas for the twenty one leaders: the public agenda and the private agenda.
The public agenda was about climate change, the Doha Round and media-filtered right-on we're doing a good job against the terrorists regional issues. The private agenda did not exist. Don't you worry your pretty little head about the private agenda. The private agenda was NESARA, and China versus America for ownership of the planet.
NESARA is the covert National Economic Security and Reformation Act. Following initiatives taken by the USA's Supreme Court in the 1990s, NESARA was passed into law by Congress in March 2000. It was one of the last official documents which ex-President Bill Clinton signed before leaving office. He added his signature on the 10th October 2000. Just before George W.Bush took office on the 20th January 2001, he had agreed to step down after a six month period as President to allow for the implementation of the NESARA programme, and had signed papers to that effect. But upon completing his Oath of Office, George Bush immediately reneged on the agreement and instructed the FBI and CIA to construct a scheme to stop NESARA. NESARA restores Constitutional Law in America at the moment it is announced. Corrupt USA administration officials are immediately removed. At the end of November 2007, The Bush White House issued instructions to all USA Federal Judges not to assist the NESARA world prosperity program participants in any way. At the same time, Saudi Arabia was said to be telling the Bush White House that they will decouple their oil from the USA dollar on Tuesday 27th November 2007 if the NESARA package deliveries were not made by that date.
Late on Monday 7th January 2008, USA President George Bush Jnr made a final attempt to block the NESARA world prosperity programme disbursements. In response, on Tuesday 8th January 2008, the Global Basel II Banking authorities, China and other nations and international bodies, ordered the closing and lock down of all USA banks which had signed onto the new Basel II Global Banking system. Citibank was ordered to pay the $4.5 trillion Wanta Plan funds to Lee Wanta on Tuesday 8th January 2008 or be permanently closed down at midnight on Tuesday 8th January 2008. Robert Rubin of Citibank attempted to manufacture further delays, but was eventually instructed by President George Bush Jnr to pay the Wanta Plan funds rather than have Citibank destroyed.
Also on Tuesday 8th January 2008, USA President George Bush Jnr was informed that he would not be able to access his personal stolen funds in Israel, Dubai and two other Middle East locations. On or around Friday 18th January 2007, a prominent Roman Catholic called John Glover Roberts, the seventeenth Chief Justice of the USA, said that the NESARA global prosperity packages would "never be delivered". On the 29th October 2007, a Venusian, called Ker-On, spoke on behalf of The Galactic Federation: "When there are more revealing facts about the dark, their activities and intentions, see that as an opportunity to grasp the importance of these times. Be pleased that the Light is opening up that which would normally be hidden from you, as in your awakening lies the opportunity to bring more Light to bear upon it. People are likely to react with some degree of anger, when learning of the Illuminati plans for the demise of Earth and its people. However, if you accept that the first step to overcoming the dark is knowledge of their plans, you will see that as placing it where it can be dealt with. Your energy of love will be required more than ever as the dark leaders and their minions are identified. Take away their ability to feed off the fear they intentionally generate, and surround them with love .... For you of the Light it is only a matter of time before you shall experience some most notable happenings. You will see your efforts well rewarded as the dark succumb to the pressure being applied upon them. They really have nowhere to flee, having revealed much of their heinous plans for the total control and imprisonment of Mankind. On the 2nd November 2007, the Sirian, Atmos, spoke again for The Galactic Federation: "Man has been taught to believe in establishing Self through confrontation and domination, and this has only led to the alienation of others. When your leaders act in this way, they become as it were a role model for you and you tended to follow their example. That is the way of the dark, and you are now crying out for leadership that promotes peace that is everlasting, and that will come. Changes long predicted are nearing manifestation, and a new era is already emerging .... There was a time that for some still exists, when the male species was seen as weak and effeminate if he showed love for his fellowman. That was the work of the dark from eons of time ago, when hearts were hardened and spiritual love was suppressed. Even now you see all around you the continuing disregard of Man_s rights and the blatant taking of life. You label another as your enemy, and that is taken as the authority to kill with impunity. Dear Ones by now you should realise that all life is sacred, and no matter what excuse you use for the taking of life, it is murder. Thousands upon thousands die every day throughout your world because of the disregard for life. It comes back to haunt you because karmic responsibilities are being piled one atop another. The vibration of Earth is affected as the negative energies go deep into it, and Mankind as a whole suffers in consequence. Ultimately those energies have to be transmuted, and for Mother Earth that means shaking them from off her back. Therefore, what you give out comes back in the most unexpected way .... In the closing of this cycle you are separating yourselves by choice, and those who have stepped onto the path of Light will soon leave the dark energies behind. Those of goodwill and love for their fellow travellers will not have to endure the negativity for much longer. They will leave it behind to continue following their path, as they take another great step forward into the higher dimensions .... On the 5th November 2007, the Sirian called Diane spoke again for The Galactic Federation: "The glory days are coming when peace shall descend upon Earth, and a great upsurge of co-operation will take place to sweep away the differences that have existed for eons of time .... Intermarriage and migration have been breaking down social taboos that have maintained the differences between people of different origins. Language barriers are the last to be overcome, and with the coming of First Contact the technology will be distributed to overcome that problem. There is a small device that translates the spoken word, one that can easily accompany you wherever you go. Eventually you will reach a stage when even that is no longer required, as telepathic communication will become the accepted way .... You are in the time of change which is causing the chaos and loss of direction. It is part of the cleansing away of the old regime that is breaking up. It no longer serves the higher purpose of those who aspire to evolve into the Light, and it must therefore be removed. Look beyond the daily happenings, and see that matters are gradually falling into place that herald the start of a new Humanity based on peace and love for each other. The dark have had their day and are almost finished as their influence wanes. The Light permeates every corner of the world, and you will notice that unrest is not confined to the West .... We of the Galactic Federation as always see the whole picture very clearly. More importantly for you we are authorised to prevent certain activities of the dark from succeeding. We monitor all that is happening upon Earth, and indeed all that is planned by the dark forces. Their hands are tied so that no longer can they use might and power to control you. Their ability to cause death and destruction has been curtailed until such time as they are finally removed. They look to impose total control over you on a global scale, but that will not be allowed .... Fear is still the greatest enemy of the Light, and you would do well to keep that in mind as the dark try to extend their draconian powers. On the 6th November 2007, another Sirian, speaking on behalf of The Galactic Federation, said: "We arrive again with a message of importance concerning the secret goings-on in your world! Rejoice, dear Hearts! Many wonderful breakthroughs occurred in the past few days, which confirm that we are drawing quite close to the day for your long-awaited prosperity to show up at your door. This means that the many necessary preceding developments have indeed been as effective as predicted and are casting their weight on what is close to happening. These events are starting to embody the plans given to us by our Anunnaki consultants, and so we can say we are happy with the way things are going. But we need to ask you to continue your focus and to realize that all good things take time. However, know that events are accelerating, and we are most encouraged by what is happening on all fronts of this vast and complex undertaking. In light of this, we instructed all our on-planet personnel to push forward with their current procedures and to maintain the requisite security levels. The success of these measures gives us the confidence to inform you of the closeness of our joint triumph! .... As the degree of chaos increases, so also do the opportunities for major change. You are currently experiencing a huge upward spiral of change that is to forge a new reality and institute a new, more discerning level of consciousness. Every
